PLEASE NOTE: Three-night minimum on ALL holiday weekends, and first three weekends in October. Prices do not include 11% sales tax. Refund if cancelled 14 days for motel & 30 days for cottages prior to arrival –minus cancellation fee of $10 for motel & $50 for cottages.If less than 30 days, refunded only if re-rented. Balance due on arrival in cash, check or money order.

Sorry, we do not accept smoking or pets in any of our motel rooms or cottages.
